Maestro Multi Axis Motion Controller

Motion Control Products Ltd are pleased to announce the new 126 axis motion controller: the Maestro. The Maestro is a real time network based multi-axis motion manager that operates in conjunction with the our SimplIQ range of digital servodrives which share the processing workload in distributed motion control architecture. The Maestro is capable of controlling 126 axis per CAN bus, with 2 to 16 axis of interpolated motion control, and is a stand alone controller with 36 digital/analogue inputs and outputs providing master-slave cascading, electronic gearing, linear, circular and spline interpolation with programming using the easy to use SimplIQ extended language.

SPiiPlus PCI

Advanced 2, 4, 6, 8 Axes Motion Controller The SPiiPlus PCI meets the motion control requirements of the utmost demanding applications such as semiconductors manufacturing, wafers inspection and Flat Panel Display assembly and testing. The SPiiPlus PCI provides sub-nanometer resolution and high speed without compromising accuracy and throughput, outstanding smooth motion, programmability and ease of use.

MC4U Control Module

The MC4U modular control system, a new ACS Motion Control product, is designed for multi-axis motion control applications that require high performance, flexible drive configuration, PLC motion and logic control. The MC4U provides the flexibility of up to 8 integral servo or stepper drives and 64 distributed axes via CANopen. The MC4U software package is optimized for motion control applications and provides tools for easy setup, tuning, and programming and application simulation.
