Motion Control Products now offers a range of Robots (industrial robots and collaborative robots or "Cobots") and Positioning Stages to suit our customer requirments in automation indutry.

As industry today strives for more efficiency, increased output and reduced costs, Motion Control Products has introduced the Elfin series of collaborative robots to support the automation procedures associated with repetitive tasks. Our cobot is flexible, reliable, efficient and effective, available with standard working load capacities of 3kg, 5kg and 10kg, and are easy to program.

Our Positioning Stages can be supplied as a full system, i.e: drives, motors, controller and actuator as one component or as an actuator on its own or just an actuator with motor wound to suit your drive electronics.

Elfin Collaborative Robots
Elfin Collaborative Robots

Motion Control Products introduces Elfin series collaborative robots to support the automation procedures associated with repetitive tasks. It's available with standard working load capacities up to 10kg, and are easy to program. The cobot features high accuracy positioning up to ±0.05mm with the speed up to 90° per second. It has a default force setting to ensure that it will automatically stop when encountering an unexpected obstacle.

MN Linear Positioning Stages
MN Linear Positioning Stages

Motion Control Products offersa new actuator called the MN Series. These nut operated linear modules feature amotor with integrated hollow shafthoused inside the carriage allowingthe ball screw to remainfixed whilethe motor runs up and down the ball screw. The main benefit of is the opportunity to have multiple carriages on one ball screw.

MB Belt Type Robots

Motion Control Products offers a new series of belt type robots. The MB Series is based around a strong aluminium box type extrusion which is light, strong and anodised to give a maintenance-free actuator. They are capable of high speed and precision within a compact design using an integrated AC servo motor. Our MB Series is available with stroke length up to 2 metres in combination with 200w, 400w and 750w motors.

Cartesian Robots
MS Cartesian Robots

Motion Control Products offers a new range of cartesian robots. The MS Series is based around a strong aluminium box type extrusion which is light, strong and anodised to give a maintenance-free actuator. The MS Series uses a brushless motor fitted in a range of different positions to suit the application requirements. Our MB Series is available with stroke length up to 1700mm using5mm, 10mm and 20mm lead screws give maximum speed up to 1m/second.

Motion Control Products offers a new range of clean room robots. The MC Series is based around a strong aluminium box type extrusion which is light, strong and anodised to give a maintenance-free actuator. With the option of a vacuum-protected version, the robot can be totally sealed against the ingress of external particles.

The MM Series is based around a strong aluminium box type extrusion which is light, strong and anodised to give a maintenance-free actuator. Our MM Series is available with stroke length from 400mm to 4.5 metres. This range provides a very flexible solution for multi-axis positioning system applications.
