Our new FD5-series Fieldbus AC servo system (brushless servo drive and servo motor) is a powerful, high performance servo system with compact structure to suite the general servo market globally. With higher control performance and response ability, FD5 series AC servo system can provide customers with more solutions.
FD5 servo drive and motor systems are part of our full line of automation standard products, including Human Machine Interface (HMI), stepper system, Programmable Logic Controller (PLC) and so forth. They are widely used in AGVs, 3C, medical, new energy and machinery industries.
FD5 series has strong compatibility, which can replace FD3 just by changing the parameters.

Notch filter

For vibration suppression. Up to 4 notch filters can be used simultaneously. They can automatically measure the mechanical resonance frequency of the load, and automatically set the notch frequency according to the measurement results.
Easy self-tuning

The self-tuning module can calculate the load amount through the state change of the load during acceleration and deceleration. After the load inertia is obtained by adding monitoring signals to the PWM during motor operation, the PID controller is dynamically adjusted according to the set rigidity and application type.
S-curve control

S-Curve control Is ideal for long-distance positioning control as well are applications with large inertia where over and under shoot may be caused due to the sudden change of the trapezoidal speed. The S-shaped speed curve is more flexible, and the acceleration and deceleration are smooth.
Suitable for high-precision encoder

Higher sampling frequency and high-precision encoder can improve the overall response and positioning accuracy of the servo.
Real-time synchronisation control

New Electromagnetic Design
The motor designed with 10 poles/12 slots, small cogging torque and low torque ripple. It is beneficial to reduce the vibration during the operation of the motor and make the torque output more stable.
