FlexPro Servo Drives
Digital Servo Drive | 0.3 - 4.5kW
IMPACT™ Architecture
High power up to 60A (cont.) in compact size
The FlexPro® drive series is AMC's latest family of digital servo drives designed for high power with compact size (smallest just in 38.1 x 25.4mm footprint). The IMPACT™ (Integrated Motion Platform And Control Technology™) architecture of FlexPro™ drives allows for high power densities (continuous and peak currents of up to 60 amps and 100 amps respectively), while still maintaining the reliability and versatility of our established drive families.
FlexPro servo drives are designed to operate within a network* (EtherCAT, CANOpen, EtherNet/IP or RS485/232), but like previous AMC's digital drives, they can also operate stand-alone via stored indexes and sequences with I/O. Feedback options include Absolute Encoder, Incremental Encoder and Hall Sensors. The Flexpro servo drives are capable of running brushed motors, brushless motors, stepper motors, AC induction motors and linear motors.

EtherNet / IP Network

This model FMP060-25-IPM utilises Ethernet IP network communication and is configured via USB. It is a servo drive and integration board assembly with IMPACT™ architecture and is housed within a case, allowing vertical and horizontal panel mounting orientations. Connections to the controller, motor, power, and feedback are simplified through the standard connectors.
For Extended Environment

FlexPro servo drives family with CANOpen & EtherCAT network communication used in harsh and extreme conditions where many other electronics would fail, such as the scorching desert, the edges of space, or crammed into an all-terrain mobile robot. It is designed to the Environmental Engineering Considerations as defined in MIL-STD-810F.
