Motion Control Products Ltd supply a wide range of brushless linear servo motors. Linear motors are direct drive servo motors, with only two fundamental parts: 1) Moving coil; 2) Fixed magnet track. The magnet track is statically mountable to a solid baseplate and the coil is directly coupled to the moving load. The magnet tracks can be butted together to give almost unlimited length travel and operate in a similar way to standard rotary brushless servo motor technology. However, linear motors have key advantages over rotary servo motors such as higher precision, velocity, acceleration, accuracy and repeatability.

Typical applications for our iron core linear motors (brushless) include high speed and precision machines for positioning, motion profile tracking, velocity controlling used in front-end and back-end wafer handling and inspection, photovoltaic and lithium battery systems, glass and LCD applications, biomedical equipment, printing machines, and laser processing machines.
AJM Series iron core linear motors are well-suited for applications which require high force output and quick response. It supports point-to-point motion with micron level positioning. In a compact design with cont. force up to 446N, AJM linear motors can be a simple option to improve existing systems.
AKM Series iron core linear motors deliver high continuous force and peak force with exceptional cooling characteristics. Featured with a high force constant and a low cogging force, these AKM linear motors are available in a wide range of sizes, coil lengths as well as with optional water cooling configurations.
AQM Series iron core linear motors are a cost-effective solution featuring with high force, low cogging force and long travel strokes with top speed of 5m/s or + (stroke of 100m or +). Its narrow width design makes this range suitable for space-constrained applications without comprising the performance.
