AMT incremental encoders from CUI Devices based on capacitive technology are available in modular package types. Our incremental encoders feature low current draw and compact footprints, measuring as small as 9mm with shaft lengths ranging from 7.5mm to 30mm and shaft diameters from 1mm to 15.875mm (5/8 in).
Thanks to its innovative capacitive platform, this series is not susceptible to contaminants such as dirt, dust, and oil that typically plague encoders in industrial environments.
This high accuracy incremental encoder range offers programmable resolutions from 10 PPR up to 5120 PPR. It includes 2-bit quadrature, CMOS voltage, open collector, and voltage output types. Featuring operating temperatures ranging from -40 up to +125°C as well as axial, horizontal, and radial orientations, these AMT incremental encoders are ideal for applications including industrial automation, medical devices, test and measurement, robotics and more.
Our AMT incremental encoders (modular encoder series) are also available as a kit for easy installation, mounted on a wide range of stepper motors, brushless motors, brushed motors etc., offering unmatched flexibility and durability.
