Stepper Motor Actuator: Linear Solution
Motion Control Products offer a unique design of hybrid linear stepper motor actuators that offer high performance and exceptional endurance in a very small package. The motor incorporates thermoplastics in the rotor drive nut (Delrin) and a stainless steel acme lead screw, which allows the linear actuator to be much quieter, more efficient and more durable. Our unique range of linear stepper motor actuators is offered with a range of lengths and resolutions with an extremely competitive price to that of other motors on available on the market.
Our hybrid linear stepper motor actuators come in seven sizes, from 14 mm square to 86 mm square, corresponding to size NEMA 6, NEMA 8, NEMA 11, NEMA 14, NEMA 17, NEMA 23, and NEMA 34. Each size has four designs available:
- captive (Electric Cylinder)
- non-captive
- external linear version and
- Kaptive version
There are over twenty different travels per step available, from 0.0015 mm to 0.127 mm. The available stroke length is within 1000mm, with max thrust over 240kgs (2,400N linear thrust force). Microstepping can be used for even finer resolution.
Customisations are available upon request for precision control, such as screw length, teflon coating, custom designed nuts, anti-backlash nut, motor brake, encoder and manual knob options.

Stepper Ball Screw Linear Actuator
Our range of DINGS' external ball screw linear actuators are available in 6 standard sizes, ranging from 14mm to 57mm. They offer step resolutions from 0.005mm/step to 0.1mm/step, with various resolution options. These actuators can provide a maximum thrust of up to 1600N, with encoder options available.
